TCC Card & Offers

All TCC registered members will receive a Membership Pack and Card on completion of their registration.

The Membership Card is also a Visa Prepaid Debit Card and has a unique Card token number on the bottom left hand side - this is your Membership number which is directly linked to your membership account - this card is not transferrable and should be signed as soon as you receive it.

When you receive the Card it will be activated and ready to use. It has been pre-loaded by TCC with AED50 to spend anywhere in the world where the Visa Card is accepted.

To validate the card you must sign the back of the Card before use. The Card will be valid for 12 months from the above date and will now replace the TCC Membership Cards that have previously been sent out.

You can top-up the balance on the Card and find out up to date information on the Card, including Balance Queries at www.teensclubculture.ae. You can log in using your TCC username, email and password.

This Card has been issued in your Parents name it is at your Parent's discretion to permit you to use this card and you are responsible for any Card use.

During the online application for the TCC Membership and this Card, your Parent has submitted identification and agreed to the Terms & Conditions. Please refer to these Terms and the Price Guide below for information on the Card, use of the Card and applicable charges.

The Card must be shown in order to get special TCC benefits or discounts or entry into TCC events.

Remember no ID upload = no AED50 Visa Card sorry!

TCC Visa Prepaid Card Price Guide:

Load LimitsPer Card Maximum balance AED3,500 and Per Customer Maximum balance AED 11,000

Usage restrictions AED3,500 maximum single purchase value (subject to available Card balance), Not valid for ATM withdrawals

Replacement card fees AED20 per Card to replace a damaged lost or stolen Card

Transaction fees AED2 per purchase transaction in UAE Dirhams or AED2 plus 2% of the transaction value per purchase transaction conducted in a currency other than UAE Dirhams

Balance enquiry FREE when viewing balance and statement online at www.teensclubculture.ae , AED2 when calling customer services on +971 (0) 4 422 4920 (call charges may still apply, check with Your provider), AED2 per balance enquiry via SMS (SMS charges may still apply, check with Your provider)

Top-up fees and limits AED2 per reload or top-up transaction for all reloads. N.B. The following additional charges will also apply depending on your top-up method, Free if top-up in Cash directly with TEN Total Events Network FZ LLC or at TCC Events where permissible. Available from September 2013. 3% of the top-up value additional fee per top-up online at www.teensclubculture.ae charged to the Card being used to pay for the top-up. AED1,500 maximum top-up accepted in Cash, Maximum top-up online to the maximum Card balance for AED3,500

Expiry
Your card will expire 12 months following the date of activation.

Cancellation
If you choose to cancel your Card then a cancellation fee of AED50 will be charged
